Beauty shops today contain dedicated racks for natural skin care products like face washes, scrubs, serums, among other products. Most of the face washes can be intimidating given that they contain way too many or less ingredients that make absolutely no sense. It is almost as if each time you need to try a new one to figure out which one face wash fits all of your needs.

This is not an easy pick. But if you are tired of these trials and want to shift over to natural face washes, not even the store-bought or self-acclaimed natural ones, then here is a list of five natural face washes that you can make at home. Following are some natural face washes that can suit your skin needs and protect it from unwanted skin issues. They are budget-friendly too:

1. Use coconut oil with honey
This is the best natural face wash you can make at home if you are worried about your skin being sensitive. This is something you can easily whip up with ingredients that are usually at home. Try to pick a raw honey type and mix it with virgin coconut oil and baking soda. This can be stored easily in a jar and you do not need to make the mix each time for use.

2. Use lemon with honey
If you need a quick face wash to use every day and allow for oily skin to be cleansed, then the homemade natural face wash you should be making is mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice with honey. You need to mix it in the proportion of one tablespoon of honey for half a lemon. This has to be diluted with a little warm water in order to make it liquid enough for application. Simply coat your face with this mixture for a couple of minutes and then you can wash it off with warm water.

3. Use oatmeal
If you have a combination skin and you need a natural face wash, then the best mix you can make is out of oatmeal. Simply mix this with a good natural binder based on what you prefer for your skin, apply it on, and then wash after a couple of minutes.

4. Use olive oil with essential oils
If you have extremely dry skin and need a natural face wash that will moisturize the skin while adding nourishment, you need to be mixing rejuvenating essential oils along with extra virgin oil. You can simply slather this mixture over your face and wash it off easily. This does not harm the skin, unless you fail to balance out the essential oil ingredient.

5. Use apple cider vinegar
If you are worried about your acne-prone sensitive skin, then you need to use apple cider vinegar as a natural face wash by mixing it with warm water and Castile soaps. You need to make sure that you don’t add too much of vinegar or too little of it as both can end up breaking your skin or having no effect.
